We're here to put your mind at ease

The assessment is a relaxed initial conversation where we learn about what's brought you to therapy, your goals, and any preferences you have. This helps us match you with the right counsellor for your needs. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions.
Your session fee is based on your income level, ranging from £15 to £35 per session. We believe in making therapy accessible, so we work with you to find a fee that's sustainable for your circumstances.
Our counsellors are dedicated trainees completing postgraduate diplomas in counselling. They are members of professional bodies like BACP and receive regular, intensive supervision from experienced qualified supervisors to ensure the highest standard of care.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is at the core of our practice. Everything you share is kept private within our service. The only exceptions are rare situations involving serious risk of harm, which your counsellor would discuss with you.
This varies from person to person. Some people find benefit in a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. You and your counsellor will review your progress together and decide what feels right for you.
